F/W 14-15 Marcobologna

An other time Marcobologna (do you remember this post?).
During the second day of Milan fashion week I had the opportunity to see the collection of young and talented Marco Giugliano and Nicolò Bologna for the autumn-winter 2014/15.
The collection for the upcoming season is all inspired by one of my favorite countries: Japan, reinterpreted in a more modern and technological way.
Needless to say, the fabrics are really beautiful, from coats in pastel shades and baby colors to glitter clutch and skirts. The clothing line is inspired by the geisha’s kimono, cinched at the waist with jeweled belts, decorated with big stones and holographic fabric .
On tees and skirts appear drawings that resemble those of manga, Japanese comics with gorgeous and such shy girls.
The palette that prefers Marcobologna for next season is tinged with saturated hues, fuchsia-pink combined with black and turquoise in camouflage motifs and floral patterns, while the beige-gold goes with blue and pink salmon: bold colors, but together have a unique energy and vitamins just to tackle the rigors of the cold season.
What do you think? I believe that once again this fantastic duo has created a truly amazing and worthy of note collection.

Great presentation babe. So glad I clicked on your comment on THE BLONDE SALAD and got led back here to yours. It’s seriously full of GREAT info and juicy pics here! Just followed you on GFC and bloglovin’, be sure to see more of you soon. By the way, I just posted my new layering (step-by-step) post on how to style some old CÉLINE floral trousers and make them new new again. Check it out to see how many layers does it take to get to the juicy center haha!
